How do we get started?

We will address any questions that you may have and send you an agreement and letter of authorization to request billing data from your service provider. After the agreements are executed we will need 3-4 months of your telecom invoices or the authorization to access electronically. We will also need copies of your service provider contracts ( we can request from your service provider with your consent and signed LOA). The contracts are needed to ensure you are receiving the contracted rates. Once all of the information is received we will do all the work and start the auditing process. Once competed we will provide you with a detailed report of the results and action plan.

What if I am under contract?
